24 Hours At Holden

Our annual family overnight adventure is back!

 
Saturday, Aug. 4 - Sunday, Aug. 5
Noon to noon
 

Explore the great outdoors in one of Holden's most spectacular natural areas - Stebbins Gulch - and discover the diversity of wildlife that swims, flies, crawls and grows along Stebbins Run! Catch, identify and release birds, butterflies, bats, salamanders, dragonflies, spiders and more.

 

Each family will take home a discovery pack for at-home exploration! Price includes dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday. A supply list will be sent upon registration.

 

Member cost:

  • $40 for adults and children 13 years and older
  • $25 for children 8-12
  • $15 for children 4-7

Nonmember families add an addional $25 per family.

  • Meals and snacks provided
  • Transportation to site provided from the Warren H. Corning Visitors Center
  • Bring your own tent and gear - If you don't have your own gear, don't worry, call to reserve some of ours!
  • At least one adult per two children
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
  • Recommended packing list sent with confirmation.

Full Camperships Available

Camperships are scholarships provided to families with various needs including, but not limited to: unemployed head of household, medical hardship, low-income family, and other siblings attending camp.

 

Campership applications must be received by (date to set) for consideration. Applications will be evaluated and awarded as they are received, do not wait to return your application as only a limited number of are available. Download an application.
