Saturday, March 22 and Sunday, March 23, 9am-1pm. Breakfasts are open to the general public.

Join us for one of Holden's sweetest traditions, our annual Pancake Breakfast. Guided hikes on the grounds to search for signs of spring help guests work up an appetite or work off calories. Come explore the grounds before or after your breakfast and discover what makes Holden a destination for thousands of guests each year.


This year's menu features blueberry, buttermilk or multigrain pancakes, sweet maple or berry syrups, sausages links or vegan sausage, home fried redskin potatoes, cut fresh fruit, orange juice, milk and coffee.


We are also continuing to offer the Friday night Pancake Supper for members only. Come out for an optional hike, live entertainment and an upgraded dinner menu, which includes all of the popular breakfast items, as well as white vegetable and seafood lasagna, roasted eggplant and pepper quiche casserole, and a salad of mixed lettuce, spinach and carrots topped with Chris's own maple walnut vinaigrette. Dessert is apple-cranberry brown betty.
