Pancake Breakfast is a celebration of spring dating back to the arboretum’s own maple sugaring days. Hundreds of visitors shake off the sleepiness of winter and discover the first signs of spring on guided hikes. Delicious pancakes and sweet syrups are complimented by new blooms and crisp spring air.

This year's menu features blueberry, buttermilk or multigrain pancakes, sweet maple or berry syrups, sausages links or vegan sausage, redskin potatoes, cut fresh fruit, orange juice, milk and coffee.

We are also continuing to offer the Friday night Pancake Supper for members only. Come out for an optional hike, live entertainment and an upgraded dinner menu, which will include the traditional breakfast items, plus shrimp, crab and vegetable paella; spinach and red pepper quiche casserole; mixed lettuce, spinach and carrot salad with maple walnut vinaigrette and seasoned crispy strips; and banana bread cheesecake cobbler.
