Join us for one of Holden's sweetest traditions, our annual Pancake Breakfast. Guided hikes on the grounds to search for signs of spring help guests work up an appetite or work off calories. Come explore the grounds before or after your breakfast and discover what makes Holden a destination for thousands of guests each year.
This year's menu features buttermilk or multigrain pancakes, sweet maple or berry syrups, sausages links or veggie sausage, home fried redskin potatoes, cut fresh fruit, orange juice, milk and coffee. Back by popular demand: Gluten-free pancakes.
This year, we will continue to offer the Friday night Pancake Supper for members only. Come out for dinner and an evening hike on the grounds. In addition to the traditional pancake breakfast favorites, the menu will include savory veggie, sun-dried tomato and asiago bread pudding; crab and shrimp baked hash; fresh spinach and carrot salad with maple walnut vinaigrette and seasoned crispy strips; and a blueberry buckle dessert. This year's entertainment will be acoustic guitarist, Terry Tune, who will play Irish, pop, folk and country ballads.
