Description Chair yoga adapts traditional yoga poses so that they can be done with a chair for support, making yoga accessible for everyone. Learn breathing and relaxation techniques, increase flexibility and strength, and improve your balance and circulation. Your body and mind are really going to appreciate this class. All are welcome. A great program for seniors. Wear loose comfortable clothing.

Description Enjoy a leisurely hike along Holden’s diverse woodland trails in search of night sounds and animal sightings and to learn a bit about the nighttime forest ecosystem. After the hike, relax and enjoy a selection of wines, non-alcoholic beverages, fresh fruit and gourmet cheeses. Wear sturdy shoes and dress for the weather, this hike goes rain or shine. These hikes fill quickly – prompt registration is suggested.

Wine, Cheese and Poets in the Trees

Description

The natural world has provided inspiration for William Wordsworth, Robert Frost and countless other poets. Join us for a poetry reading and interpretive presentation on the trees, flowers, birds  and bees celebrated in them. Enjoy wine, beer, non-alcoholic beverages, fresh fruit and gourmet cheeses during the reading in a beautiful tented outdoor setting.
