Activities & Tours
The Holden Arboretum has a wide variety of activities and tours to help you discover all that nature has to offer. Spring, summer, winter or fall – each season brings new opportunities to learn more and reconnect with nature.
Have an hour? Even with a short time to spend at The Holden Arboretum, there are a number of areas to explore near the Warren H. Corning Visitor Center. Stroll through the Arlene and Arthur S. Holden Butterfly Garden, see native Ohio wildflowers in the Myrtle S. Holden Wildflower Garden or discover what's in bloom in Holden's Display Garden.
Planning a longer visit? Follow the trails to the Helen S. Layer Rhododendron Garden, walk along the shore of Corning Lake or take a peaceful hike through the natural areas on either the Old Valley or Pierson Creek trails.
Guided tours are also available, with expert guides to help you make the most of your visit or explore our more remote areas. Visit our calendar for scheduled tour times or call 440.946.4400 for more information.
