2014 Events

After a long winter we are finally beginning to see the signs of spring. Birds are returning, buds are popping up on trees and the days are getting longer. We feel the warming of the weather and experience the sweet smell of blooms and growing grass. Each year in Northeast Ohio we look to these signs with excitement because it means that we can come back to the natural world outdoors. This is especially true for us at The Holden Arboretum because we get to see a lot more of you. Each spring Holden celebrates spring through a series of events that have traditionally let our guests know it's time to come back to the great outdoors. These are our Rites of Spring, and this year will be no different. We hope you will join us again this year for some of our best loved events.
