Join us for one of Holden's sweetest traditions, our annual Pancake Breakfast. Guided hikes on the grounds to search for signs of spring help guests work up an appetite or work off calories. Come explore the grounds before or after your breakfast and discover what makes Holden a destination for thousands of guests each year.

Holden is the site for this 3.1 mile race along Sperry Road. The out and back course is fully paved and slightly hilly. All proceeds from the Strides of March 5K Race benefit children and adults with mental and developmental disabilities.

Arbor Day is the annual observance that celebrates the role of trees in our lives and promotes tree planting and care. Holden will celebrate with a weekend filled with activities. Check back for more details.

Talk to the experts and tour the gardens to discover ways to enhance your home landscape. More than 40 vendors featuring woody plants, perennials, annuals, herbs, container plants, garden accessories and wood crafts, plus Holden nursery propagated wildflower varieties and homemade jellies and jams. Come and sample a variety of international, domestic and regional wines, tasty accompaniments and live music. Holden's beautiful gardens create a breathtaking backdrop for this popular event that sells out each year. Must be 21 or older to attend.

Test yourself on the trails of The Holden Arboretum as the course weaves its way through Holden's gardens and natural areas. The race will begin and end at the Warren H. Corning Visitor Center. Trophies will be presented to the top three male and female finishers overall and the top three male and female finishers in each age category.
All proceeds to benefit Holden’s wellness and education programs.

Bring your canine friends to Holden for the Geauga Humane Society's annual Woofstock fundraiser. Each year hundreds of dogs and their human families enjoy a wide variety of activities including cool canine contests, a pet agility course, live music and shopping on Vendors' Rrrow
Proceeds from the event support the Geauga Humane Society's Rescue Village and provide homeless animals with a clean shelter, medical care and food.
