New this year, explore the process of sustainable maple sugaring and Arboretum’s own maple sugaring history with an exhibit and maple syrup tasting.

NEW! Sustainable Tapping Exhibit and Syrup Tasting
Explore the process of maple sugaring from tree to table and how sugaring can be both sweet and sustainable. Take a look at the Holden Arboretum’s maple sugaring history and how modern techniques can help maintain a healthy woodland. HF&G staff will be on-hand for additional questions.
Hikes are planned as short 30-minute explorations. Included in your ticket for pancake breakfast is admission for the day, giving you plenty of time to explore on your own.
